Sale of a real estate
The commission for intermediation of a real estate sale is amounting to 3% + VAT of the price of the real estate depending on the nature and demandingness of a particular real estate brokerage. If the value of the property is lower than EUR 100,000, the amount of the commission is at least EUR 3,000 + VAT.
The commission includes:
- Elaboration of photo documentation, floor plan and description of a real estate based on a personal inspection by our experienced certified broker.
- Photo documentation of a unique 360° virtual tour.
- Presentation of your real estate on all most frequented real estate portals.
- Addressing clients from our own extensive database.
- Putting up a banner on your real estate if you agree.
- Property showing (with or without the owner).
- Complete legal service, we prepare all necessary contractual documents for you to sign.
- Necessary documents from the Cadastre of Immovables (title deed, detail of the cadastral map, other documents).
- Supervision over settlement of all financial issues.
- Payment of notarial fees connected with verification of signatures of the sellers in purchase contracts. Our notary will approach you directly at our premises.
- Payment of the administrative fee at the Cadastre of Immovables.
- Final handover of the real estate in the form of a protocol.

Lease of a real estate
The commission related to the lease of a real estate is individual, at all times amounting to the sum of one monthly rent. For a monthly rent of less than EUR 500, the amount of the commission is at least EUR 500.
The commission includes:

Service related to the transfer of a real estate
If you are a buyer or seller and have found a real estate or a buyer yourselves, and you prefer security throughout the transfer, our services are available to you.
Price is subject to our agreement, by estimate around 1,5 % + VAT of the purchase price of the real estate. The price involves a complete legal service, providing for and organising of a secure transfer of finances and transfer of title to the real estate between the buyer and the seller, providing for a mortgage loan and communication with banks, communication with a notary public with respect to notarial deposit.
Drafting of contracts:
- Purchase contract, donation deed, barter contract, contract on the establishment or termination of pledge, including a petition to the Cadastre of Immovables starting at EUR 200.
- Lease contract starting at EUR 100.
- Contract on a future purchase contract, including a purchase contract and a petition to the Cadastre of Immovables starting at EUR 300.
- Review of contracts starting at EUR 100.
- Other types of contracts and legal documents – subject to agreement.

- Extract from the cadastral map: EUR 20 + EUR 12 stamp duty.
- Excerpt from the title deed: EUR 20 + EUR 12 stamp duty.
- Creation of a 360° virtual tour of the property from EUR 200.
- Issuing a certificate of the property price for the purpose of inheritance proceedings: EUR 50.
- Real estate consultancy from EUR 100.
